Introduction

My name is Gary and I live in South Africa. I am 31 and I suffer from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

My aim is to try and talk about the daily happenings in my life.

I want to get the message out about what options are available for those who suffer from Muscular Dystrophy, e.g. what to do to prevent scoliosis (curvature of the spine), heart conditions, breathing problems, etc.
